You gotta work with what you have, right? I’m trying to rationalize today’s workout. I know it wasn’t my best, and I was really hoping to have a good ab day. I was just not prepared. My workout wasn’t written out the night before. (It was kind of like going to the grocery store hungry and without a list.) Then naptime for the kids went alright, though they didn’t fall asleep at the same exact time. Who can really plan for that to happen though? It’d be a miracle!
No excuses though. I did it. I did something. I did what I could with what I had, for today. And there is tomorrow.
40 horizontal oblique side pass
30 sit-up/knee-to-chin lifts
40 flutter kicks
20 90-degree leg extensions with foam block
50 vertical side-to-sides
20 V sit-ups
