Workout Update: Added Weight to Barbell

Big news!  I finally added some weight to the bar.  Scary scary.  It wasn’t by much.  I don’t like to go up in weight when I’m by myself in the gym but I’m not going to get anywhere by staying at 45.  And this morning, I was literally alone.  Today’s session was perfect for me.  The gym was a ghost town, and nobody would see me fail.  I’d hate to make so much noise dropping the bar.

No pain, no gain!
